“Are not two sparrows sold for a penny? And not one of them will fall to the ground apart from your Father. But even the hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear not, therefore; you are of more value than many sparrows.”
Matthew 10:29-31 ESV
There is so much truth packed into these 3 verses that we need to always hold onto. Not only does this verse show God’s love for you, this verse expresses that he values you as an individual. This verse also reveals his omniscience (being all knowing). He knows the hairs on you head. No person on this planet knows me that well. While he knows how many hairs are on my head, and the 8 billion other people on this planet, he’s never fails to recognize a bird falling to the ground. He doesn’t miss a thing. And this all knowing sovereign God tells us not to fear, for he sees you as valuable.
