Truth: Jesus has authority to forgive our sins
A paralytics sins being forgiven takes priority of his or her physical healing. Receiving God’s forgiveness is far better than any temporal gift we could ever receive. Jesus leads us to ask for forgiveness daily through his example prayer in Matthew 6:9-13. This, right now, is a good moment to enter in fellowship with the Lord through prayer.
